It was my first time trying heura meat and Ayam Pongteh. Heura meat does not has any unique flavour to it, unlike beyond meat, but it was QQ and a lot softer than your normal hawker centre vegetarian mock meat. Also, i expected the pongteh gravy to be quite umami but it was actually a tad sweet! So addictive omg🙈 this dish also came with mushrooms and carrots which soaked up all the essence of the gravy...YUMMY~😋
