This bacon is wonderful. I thought the taste was pretty spot on. Do not overcook like I did the first time! It was a great addition to a #justegg breakfast sandwich I made. Will buy again! It's a little spendy so I probably would buy this for crumbling it into a savory recipe like broccoli salad (for example).
