I love this place because their food is consistently good, they serve drinks with metal straws and they have lots of vegan-friendly options. Also, their oat milk chai latte is the best I’ve had.
This is the Banh Mi Bowl with smokey tamari tofu. The original dish is vegetarian but I asked for the vegan option so they switched the Sriracha mayo to a vegan dressing. A lot of their vegetarian dishes can be made vegan which is awesome.
Underneath the tofu and all the good stuff is a bed of seasoned red rice, which is a nice touch.

When I was at the supermarket in the UK, I stumbled upon a siracha Mayo bottle and I looked on the back and turned out to be accidentally vegan!! Yet to see the same bottle here though - most of the time restaurants mix it themselves, making it not vegan 😔
