A good find at Amoy Street Food Centre level 2! For pasta, you can choose either Aglio Olio or Homemade Tomato Sauce, plus toppings. They have several veggie toppings at $0.50 or $1 each. I chose baby spinach and olives. The olives added a really nice flavor! They were very generous with the sauce, it was a bit thick given there wasn’t as much pasta. I would’ve liked more baby spinach, probably it shrunk a lot when it was cooked and the tomato sauce overpowered it. They don’t have beans or legumes as a topping though which would be great to have for a protein source. They have 3 portion sizes to choose from (M, L, XL). I got M plus two toppings for $5.50 good deal! M should be sufficient if you’re not a big eater.
