This is one of my favorites, it’s so so good. 2 chickpea, lentil, sweet potato, spinach, ginger garlic and sesame patties served on a bed of spinach, pickled ginger and mushroom. Stacked with green pea hummus, charred peppers, brinjal and Lemon scented green beans. Topped with sweet potatoe chips and deep fried mushrooms. #ashers
