Creative, outstanding, delicious! Just to be clear, this was enjoyed at the food truck that was located at the above address. They have now moved to a brick and mortar space at 209 7th St, Oregon City, Oregon 97045. This vegan sushi roll contains jackfruit “crab”, avocado, cucumber, and sesame seeds.
