A group of us each got a waffle like this and we were so happy with the waffle creation! These are originally from Hong Kong but it’s impossible to find a vegan version with ice cream in Hong Kong, so it’s wonderful you can get this in Taiwan. They made the waffle batter fresh and cooked the waffles right in front of us. The gelato is creamy and delicious. I wish they had a fruit flavour but they were out (I guess the flavours rotate). This was a really epic dessert. They used to offer a variety of toppings but don’t anymore — it’s a shame because vegan sprinkles would have been an amazing touch!
