I love how filling it is. The thai turmuric dressing is sour but contrasts well with the spicy protein patties and sweet cherry tomatoes. Pretty sure i tasted mint leaves too. There's a lot of different textures from the chewy mushrooms, crisp veggies and soft avocados. Initially wasn't expecting much but this is probably my favourite salad so far.

Found out that the breadsticks and crackers are vegetarian, contains eggs :(
