Review of Japanese Rice at Genesis Vegan Restaurant by herbimetal

Aww man, this was the first dish that I was disappointed by at Genesis. It was an interesting mix of seaweed, rice and fruits, but it was wayyyy too dry and I had trouble eating it; I had to ask for vegan mayo to eat it more comfortably. Would’ve liked some nuts a protein sources too. Probably won’t order this again. Came here with @marisantos, she enjoyed her laksa. #vegbuddies
