Next Level founders, Matt and Cierra de Gruyter, took their big idea and risked everything to see it come to life. Cierra and Matt, a former Marine with a successful private equity career, had a comfortable life for their young family. This was an impulse buy based on a “New” sign on the menu — I’m usually not big in brussel sprouts — and I’m stoked with the choice! So tasty! And there are all kinds of veggies, not just brussel sprouts. Nice job, VG!
