A burger with potato croquette as the patty, along with lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise.
This has a pleasant taste, soft on the inside crunchy on the outside patty and just enough mayonnaise to keep it moist. However, it had to be dipped in ketchup as the bun is slightly dry and large in proportion to the patty. The lettuce was haphazardly placed on top, not offering any real presentation quality. Bun was soft. #crf
