A hearty rice set with crispy chicken drumlets. The texture of the drumlets is extraordinary. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, this component of the dish is a treat.
The kai lan is crunchy with a slight drizzle of soy sauce. This enhances its flavour. Rice was evenly cooked and a big portion was provided.
The soup was also a welcome addition. Quenches thirst as well as adds some fluidity to the rice if one chooses to explore this combination.
The customer service is commendable as they always have beaming faces, ready to serve. Prices are also affordable and the ingredients are fresh. #crf
