Julian’s is not all vegan, but it is certainly a vegan destination in Providence! I loved this scramble, especially the tomatoes! The home fries are also great. I had to order without toast because I am #glutenfree

You can try cooking tofu and add pink himalayan salt to make it take like scrambled egg!
