We asked for this to be vegan (since there have a huge menu of vegetarian dishes than can veganized) but I did taste a strong buttery taste — maybe I’m just being paranoid. Regardless, this is mung bean with spinach, served with chapatti and papadum. Not too spicy which is nice.
