Review of Vegan bourginon at Plant by judymiddup

We went as a big group of AV vegans to Bastille day. The owner Pierre is French.
The best dish by far was the vegan Bourginon. Home made seitan chunks in a rich red wine sauce with potatoes and vegetables. It was delicious.
