This was hands down my favourite dish for the whole Japan trip. The soup is just so damn creamy! Went back two nights in a row for this and did not regret it.
The soup is edamame, rice, daikon, and soycream and contains fried buckwheat seeds, shiso leaves, fried carrot, wood ear mushroom, green onions and sesame. I wish I could eat this right now as I am writing this! 😁😋😋😋
