Review of Butter Chicken at Gokul Vegetarian Restaurant by sazzie
Before I turned veggie I LOVED butter chicken because the sauce is soooo delicious!! This is the vegan equivalent and just as good. The sauce is made with cashew cream instead of dairy. The “chicken” chunks were chewy and soft and overall it’s just a great dish. My omnivore bf said he wouldn’t be able to tell that this dish was vegan or even veggie
