Nasi lemak with a fake egg. The egg's 'yolk' is made of pumpkin. Bought this at the food expo, dish comes with fake fish and fishcake. I was kinda disappointed when i see them using ready-made rice straight from the bag. I couldn't taste any coconut milk from the rice. And it was dry. The egg white was silky, the yolk had an weird texture and taste. The texture reminds me of the yolks in salted egg yolk mooncakes. The peanuts had no taste, the sambal was in a solid lump. I enjoyed the egg white and fake meat but everything else was a little sad. I'm also sad :(
