Hands down the best laksa I've probably ever had. Normally I don't like assam laksa cuz it's too sour and watery but that's because I've never had it in Penang. This was perfect and the noodles were extra thick and kinda glassy. Couldn't finish it and it was still really good the next day (even eaten cold) with the mint leaves and pineapples soaking in the broth!
