I always love a good ancient grains salad or bowl. This particular ancient grains salad was refreshing and light, with really nice citrus flavor. The only thing I would've wished that was a little different is that there were less red onions. I like red onions, but I don't love a lot of them. I loved the addition of the avocado and the slight crunch the pepitas had to offer. Definitely would recommend for a refreshing, yet filling and healthy lunch or dinner.
