Roasted pumpkin, basil pesto, chunky tomato dukkah, mixed salad on multigrain. Just make sure to request no cheese when you order as they normally add a slice on top and melt. This dish was huge! The slices of bread are very large and loaded with pumpkin and the other ingredients!
