The taste reminds me of soup/ramen/hot pot but in burrito. It has a very smooth, subtle taste. There are big pieces of broccoli in the burrito, which I liked and made it taste very healthy and fresh. It definitely tasted like it was just made and each of the elements retained their natural flavor while absorbing the soup-like flavor. The tofu was really smooth and tender. We got the dish with sweet potato fries, which were very sweet and not salty. I think this dish would also be good as a bowl or soup, but it’s definitely interesting as a burrito.
