Greens, fresh slaw, avocado, and sub tofu salad instead of egg! Normally it comes with brown rice but they were out at the Farmer’s Market. While it may add to the dish, it was really delicious without it! I wish I remembered what kind of dressing was on top! I drank it out of the bowl lol! The scrambled tofu and slaw were also exceptional!
