Review of Zucchini Spicy Peanut Sauté (Sub Tofu) at Noodles and Company by kristalslange

This is one of my favorites because their tofu is surprisingly good, the spice is great, and the zucchini noodles are amazing in this sauce. You could do the regular spaghetti noodle or rice noodle also but I like the zucchini noodle in this dish. It normally comes with chicken but they will sub any protein in any of their dishes.
