This cake is moist, fluffy, decadent, rich, and, most importantly, vegan. They don’t always have it so you might want to call ahead if this is what you’re looking for. You can’t really taste the beets but the chocolate and raspberry are so good together. The pieces are kind of expensive, but they’re also big and definitely enough to share with a friend.
