The beauty of the food served at the Raven's is that they limit every dish to 5 or so ingredients and it is "whole-food" and organic. And their Tamales are no different!There is almost no salt added and usually no oil. Wonderful! You feel so energized. The spices are perfect and you feel as if you are eating these Tamales in Mexico made at someone's home!
