There are no better vegan carbonara in the island. (I don’t even think there’s any vegan carbonara in the island). It is super creamy dish perfect for the rainy season. Love the vegan parm and mushroom bacon. I always ask for less parsley bc it can get overpowering with the parsley taste. One of my absolute favorite in town hands down!
