Got this with vegan cheese and guacamole for $2 and $3 dollars extra. Also had to skip the chipotle aioli to make it vegan. Quite nice, comes hot and the salsa is ok. Unfortunately, it wasn’t sour enough for me. Maybe I was primed seeing the lemon wedge, but I feel like there wasn’t enough lime in the salsa or guacamole – if at all. The pan-fried veg of potato and broccoli was very strange; the flavours and textures weren’t very Mexican, and honestly, clashed a little with the Mexican elements. I feel like the fried veg version of this dish hasn’t been thought out very well. Crazy expensive for nachos like this: $21.
