I have never had an arepa before so I was really curious to try this - verdict: so good! It’s a unique dish (traditional to Colombia and Venezuela) made with a maize “pita bun” (for lack of a better description). The stuffing went really well with the aioli sauce and was a delight each bite! I love trying items that you cannot find commonly so I recommend getting this dish at love life!

Ingredients: chlorophyll, spinach, and chia infused masa (GF), black bean sofrito, avocado, cilantro aioli sauce
