This is located inside the Mandarin Oriental, and they have a pre-set vegan afternoon tea menu (most luxury hotels will just make whatever is available). The service was impeccable, the festive decor was nice, and the food was delicious! They even provided us with extra portions of the mango sticky rice, just to be nice! When I made the reservation, I mentioned I was writing an article about afternoon tea, so I was pleasantly surprised when I asked for the bill that the restaurant had taken care of it (for the 2 of us). You rarely get anything for free in Hong Kong. The pumpkin Tarte, pesto bruschetta, and mango sticky rice were my favourites. They even provided soy milk for the tea. The best part is a portion of the proceeds from the festive afternoon tea is donated to a local hospital.
