This is my go-to dinner at this wonderful place, especially if I haven't been eating as healthfully as I should. It's light, yet filling, and chock-full of nutritious veggies like kale. Whenever I eat this, I feel like I've compensated for at least a few of my dietary sins (Oreos, anyone?).
