Review of Claypot Luo Han Zhai at 擂茶树 Thunder Tree by ysquared
The dish had generous amount of black fungus, beancurd skin, vermicili, tofu, goji berry, ginko nut and gluten. Would much preferred it if the gluten could be replaced with more beancurd skin instead. Nonethelss, its really flavourful.
