This carrot cake was amazing- so moist and fluffy, without being sticky! It also wasn’t too sweet (I’m not a fan of sickly sweet desserts) and was reminiscent of carrot halwa. The crunch of the pecans added a great texture and, as a cake lover, I appreciated the small frosting to cake ratio. Though expensive, the cake was a decent size; it could easily be shared by two! I would definitely get this cake again.
