Review of Portobello Saltado at Germinando Vida by theveggienomad

Another twist on a Peruvian classic featuring very well marinated mushrooms, tomatoes, and red onions, this was super yummy! Particularly good fries and brown rice, would highly recommend - although it was a bit saltier than I would have preferred.
