🌱🌶️ Grilled Tofu Roll: A vegan spring roll made with rice noodles, lettuce, bean sprouts, tofu, and mint wrapped in a rice paper. Served with a peanut sauce. Some customers have reported that it's a tasty starter, but not particularly memorable.

I do love a good spring roll, and Jasmine 26 does them very well.  I love that they include tofu in their roll as many places just give you noodles and veggies. And they serve with a very tasty vegan peanut sauce. A great way to start your meal!
