Review of Arroz Chaufa at Restaurant Vegetariano SAYEL by theveggienomad

Wow was this good! A Peruvian - chinese fusion (otherwise known as chifa) this was great fried rice with tofu and serían and some great sauce and unlike many vegan fried rice, didn’t lose any flavor because there was no egg! Would definitely recommend
