The tofu is sliced thin and fried until chewy, then doused in spicy-sweet BBQ sauce. It‘s pIled hIgh on a soft bun and topped wIth super creamy and crunchy slaw. There are fried onion straws topping it off. This is a sandwich that will run down your hands and drip down your chin. You’ll eat the whole thing and dream of the next time you come to eat it again. It’s the BBQ sandwich by which all future BBQ sandwiches will be judged.

And if you want to push it over the top, upgrade the fries to garlic fries. The aioli is vegan too.
