Amazing roasted brown rice with 5 elements raw vegetables & a tofu trunk . Visually appealing , vegetables are placed so adjacent colors complement each other. Chinese believes food of 5 colors of rainbow could nourish body 5 main organs & their running channels. Served sizzling hot with rice roasted aroma. Personally I don't like the source.
