🍜🥟 Our dumpling soup noodles come with a generous portion of fat dumplings filled with minced meat, carrots, and other veggies. The skin may be a bit thick, but it adds to the overall satisfaction. The veggie broth is not too salty or oily, making it a healthy and satisfying option. Pair it with brown rice ramen and mushroom-based mock mutton for a complete meal. Love the dumplings at genesis! My FAV So FaR. The soup and noodles were pretty average, healthy-tasting and albeit on the blander side. The dumplings are really fat and chock full of ingredients :)
