We saw this place had a Vegetarian menu and assumed we’d be able to veganize something on the fly. We were concerned when mentioning vegan in passing besides salad the only thing they could make was steamed vegetable fajitas. “Greeat...” I thought. A bland pile of steamed veggies in a tortilla?? Man was I wrong! They provided vegan dressing to top the fajitas and they were so flavorful! We’d definitely come back again.
Veggies not in picture 😕 They come out on a sizzling skillet though.
