Before Ramen Tatsuya offered their vegan ramen every day, there was the delicious mazemen. It’s a brothless ramen topped with fresh greens, tomato, bamboo, mushrooms, seaweed and other unidentifed tasty morsels. We add tofu and Brussels sprouts to make it extra delicious. The veggie ramen is also a great option.
