The hay salt wasn’t very discernible (is it just me?), and the onion purée tasted like mashed boiled carrots/radish & chinese herbs (smth like danggui). It would have been nice if the tempura shimeiji batter had more salt or flavour to it, as it tasted a lil’ too overwhelmingly of baking soda whoopsies. The charred kale was really crisp & tasted like yummy seaweed, and every bite also came with a mini explosion of what is probably olive oil xD
