This salad is my top preference whenever I'm at Chinita. A bowl full cherry tomatoes, lettuce, roasted corn, cucumbers and fried tortilla bits in a creamy queso dressing drizzled with parmesan - doesn't that sound absolutely blissful? Add a topping of avocado for more delight or enjoy this salad as is. Don't be fooled by the portion, this is one filling salad.
