Review of Caramelized Pineapple & Clove Ice Cream at HRVST Cafe & Bar by lou

It was my first time having clove ice cream and it was an interesting taste, slightly savoury. I also liked the caramelized pineapple, even though I don't really like pineapples in general but in this case it went well with the ice cream and tart crumbs. Presentation can be improved as it's hard to eat off a plate.
