PS.Cafe at Raffles City

I was really expecting a great sandwich considering the Croque Monsieur is such a simple hard-to-get-wrong French classic... it was oily, soggy and tasted pretty average. PS Cafe has a veg-friendly modified version that allows you to swap the ham for mushrooms so the sandwich came with generous slices of Portobello.

I'm more amazed by this photo. Guess looks can be deceiving! I think the best veg*n thing at PS. Cafe is their simple linguine with chilis, oil and garlic
