The Bowl Dos 16 from Gracias Madre was hearty and filling with a myriad of flavors - braised lentils and mushrooms with peanut sauce and spinach, served on a bed of coconut brown rice, and topped with tangy pineapple salsa and avocado. Love the untraditional take on Mexican fare, this was satisfying & delicious.
