Thunder Tea Rice (Hakka Lei Cha) has a blend of savoury and crunch from the fresh vegetables, goes well with the mint herb sauce. (taste less minty-herby than the traditional ones)
Veg sushi with lettuce, carrot, turnip, beetroot, sprouts, sprinkled with the crispy vegetarian flakes makes it a very refreshing side.
Abacus that is soft, chewy and flavourful.
