This was a great lunch find for me! I really enjoyed my Poke Bowl - with a base of Lemon Herb Quinoa, Vegan Avocado Poke and the regular toppings of Sesame Seeds, Pineapple, Carrot, Cherry Tomato, Japanese Cucumber and Wakame Seaweed. Totally yummy, nutritious and filling. Highly recommend!
