Quite healthy with great texture! Could have used more seasoning

Beautiful presentation, but quite oily. Tastes best with the chilis added!

Very leafy. Not super flavourful. Didn’t really like it :(

Very crispy and deep fried as it’s breaded but the inside is tender. Was expecting it to be spicier, quite a mild flavour.
