Although not quite true to the description on the menu (unless microgreens count as salad greens), I did enjoy this. The turmeric dressing was inspired. The dish could definitely do with the freshness of some salad greens, and I would have liked the sweetcorn and the roast peppers to be warm (it was served cold).
